1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which it was received.
2. Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed herbal and wellness products cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Refund Process
Once your return request has been approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, such as receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective item.
